Smoked Salmon Recipe Ideas

Something Fishy

Serves 4


Preparation time less than 30 mins

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins





Ingredients
225g/8oz smoked salmon, cut into ribbons
125g/4oz cooked prawns
150ml/5fl oz crème fraîche
450g/1lb pasta
125g/4oz lightly steamed broccoli
salt and pepper

Method
1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Heat together the crème fraîche, prawns, salmon ribbons and broccoli. Season and add to pasta.
