Smoked Salmon Roulade

Ingredients
110g/4oz Greek yoghurt
55g/2oz cream cheese
30g/1oz fresh chives, chopped
110g/4oz smoked salmon
Method
1. Place the yoghurt, cream cheese and chives in a small bowl and mix.
2. Lay the salmon out on a flat surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture
over the salmon and then roll from left to right, like a roulade.
3. Cover the salmon roll in cling film and place in the fridge for as long
as is possible.
4. Before serving, remove from the fridge. Remove the cling film and cut
into 1cm/½in slices
