Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels

Preparation time less than 30 mins
Cooking time less than 10 mins
Ingredients
2 white muffins
100g/4oz full-fat cream cheese
100g/4oz smoked salmon, torn
freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Cut the muffins in half widthways.
2. Using a small metal ring cut a hole in the centre of each muffin, like
a bagel.
3. Toast the muffins.
4. Spread the muffins with cheese.
5. Top with salmon and serve.
